Parent Portal Sims Data Entry

In order to ensure Activation occurs correctly, once a registration request has been received, the child’s SIMS record needs to be updated, with the correct email address.

Select Option 4 - Telephones and Email Addresses



We need to make sure the below are selected

Parental Responsibility checked
Email address placed in section 4
Main – Yes selected.




Go to Option 5 - Family/Home

open up the Parent with the email address



Make sure Parent Responsibility is ticked



The server will then sync overnight and you can Activate a Parent the following day.
